How is Kimbucha made?

Kimbucha is fermented in black and green tea with organic cane sugar for about 10 days. Then the tea is flavored with cold-pressed fruits for the second fermentation in order to fuse the flavors and to add carbonation. Kimbucha is a premium quality beverage handcrafted for a friendly taste and optimal health benefits.

Will Kombucha get bad after some period of time? 

​

No. Kombucha is less than 3 PH level. So it will become more sour and tart as time goes by. But it is completely safe to consume it.

Can Kombucha bottle explode? 

​

Yes. The bottle contains live bacteria that continuously produces carbon dioxide due to fermentation. It should be refrigerated at all times.  

​

Does Kombucha contain alcohol? 

​

Yes. It contains less than .05 % of alcohol at the time of sale. Please test before consuming it if you are sensitive to alcohol.
